This Melatonin really works

I also found it it takes me 1 hr for it to kick in but that could be my habits of watching tv and using pc and internet late at night so maybe my brain is more active

It speeds up falling asleep but will not knock you out, at least not for me

If you have that issue this will work for you

As the sun goes down the sky turns dark blue and then almost black

As we age, we produce less Melatonin that helps us fall asleep
