I feel incredible! Self esteem is affected by physical ill-health, negative life events such as losing your job or getting divorced, deficient or frustrating relationships, and a general sense of lack of control

So I try to search some books to overcome my fear, stress and anxiety and become more confident

What I like in this book i learn to know that in order to gain self-confidence is to learn to respect our self and accept what other people's opinion and take this as a compliment and not to feel bad about what they say, but in fact we use this words to improve our self and be a better person

The important to do is will find out that your potentials are great deal better than anyone ever permitted you to believe

The book then was able to give me reason behind it

As it filled with positivity about believing yourself or self esteem
