I have had 2 ACL replacements and a Menicus surgery, not to mention several arthroscopic surgeries, on my left knee
It is super tight at first, like unbearable but give it a few wears and it will break it
It took a bit of convincing to get it on the first time, but I'd rather it be tight than too loose
I bought this brace for support during recovery from a minor meniscus tear
No problems when I started wearing it on my runs
Kneecap is securely supported and cushioned
