The rep immediately blamed the customer (me), asking, Did you read the specifications?! Did you read the installation guide?! I said no, I read the *product description*, as you described the product, and I didn't know there *was* such as thing as an interior vertical wall install, and when I read Vertical (wall) application I thought that I could actually put the thing in the wall

We are very satisfied Amazon customers and have had no negative experiences with this company to date, and we do order lots of stuff through them

So I called the manufacturer and said I wanted to complain that the product page on their website said Vertical (wall) application, but that the words interior or exterior DIDN'T APPEAR ANYWHERE ON THE PAGE

With one click, you hear the motors opening the doors and click the 2nd button and it will adjust speed from high or low

It fits neatly between joists in the attic, it's cover is white, so it's not obtrusive in a ceiling and it's not terribly loud

Customer service was very misleading talking about air exchanges per hour versus just saying that it will take you 6 hours with the fan on to move a temperature down 1 degree
