I've implemented a great number of the ideas and, while I didn't lose 15-20 pounds (only about 6) after 4 weeks, I'm looking better (noticeably less puffiness around my eyes) and have lost my sweet tooth cravings


This book is primarily written for a mans perspective but it does include lots of things for us ladies too

No need to read it all, just focus on the chapters that are most relevant to you and your goals Best results I've ever had and least amount of required time

Reading this book was a turning point for me

I bought it and wasn't expecting 600 pages in the format of an encyclopedia
