I've been working through this book for a month and I still haven't completed it
While I struggle with anxiety & worry & the book addressed difficulties I experience, I am not a workbook fan
The writer understands the many little things that you can do to tweak your life and stand off and look at yourself and trim your sails
In Chapter 7, it also includes some behavioral work incorporating exposure therapy, which is critical for anyone trying to get control of anxiety
great book, i purchased several of them and give them as presents to persons with a need, they love it
