This book changes the way you think about food and all the common misconception that go with it, I have only just started it but it makes total sense, I would certainly recommend I first seen Jon Gabriel on hungry for change witch was a life changing watch for me! I decided to go ahead and buy this book which has enlightened me so much in mind blown and the cd has helped me sleep so much better I'm just wowed and inspired it took my 1 day to finish this whole book I was so enthralled

I'm starting my month one today and as I can lose weight easily, the real test is how long I can remain at my ideal weight once I get there
