There's no door that would work

Presenting hard evidence as well as personal testament, Kent Burden does a good job outlining the benefits and ways to get healthy

However, I did take all the healthy back exercises and sketch them onto 3x5 cards and then scavenged through for other exercises and then used yoga poses to fill in the gaps so I have 5-6 exercises listed on 6 cards per day each of which takes a minute or less and I'm loving that idea

This book has some useful exercises but most of them are not feasible for a call center position

The stress relief it can bring will be a major benefit to me because working technical support for Satellite TV means I deal with angry people all the time

Also I'm not comfortable lying down for exercises at work--the floor is not cleaned regularly at all and I'm the front door receptionist
