Our Review/Thoughts

I personally found the book a compelling read from cover to cover and an immensely helpful guide for combating procrastination

With each turning page I felt as if the author had identified my procrastination tendencies and causes, and the pages flew by

Piers Steel is one of us, or WAS one of us

it's bad), but the information on the behavioral science and evolutionary roots of procrastination was interesting stuff

Steel is a self-professed expert on procrastination

After reading the book I can't say I'll never procrastinate again but the strategies in this book have been very helpful so far
