Works nice, and doesn't hurt your hands to massage! I use this for calves and such after running

I use it to ease out trigger points in my legs and other areas

I have tons of knots in my legs and this helps break them up in a not so painful way

The large grips and the length allow me to exert just the right amount of pressure on the long muscles in the hamstrings, quads and calf

My fiance has me use this on his shoulders as a shoulder rub

The stick give me a chance to also do work on his legs for a longer period of time
