Well made, smooth action, good grip (both in my hand and holding food) and silicone that's good for non-stick surfaces
I also like that they lock closed
I rely on reviews for all of my purchases and will only review products in an honest way, be it good or not
They have a little stand to keep them off the counter or grill
My family and I just loves using them and they make grilling and cooking so much easier
We mostly use the smaller one for cooking inside at the stovetop and the longer one for grilling
