It also holds your things tight to your body (with the elastic band) so they don't bounce around like they would in your pocket
My iPhone 6 with Platinum hard case fits easily into the larger pocket, and I can easily fit a Clif energy pouch into the other
I also love the reflective strip on it for when you are outside at night so that cars can see you! Comfort and light
Anyone that is annoyed with the things that they carry while running should definitely consider this product
i use it anytime i need a place to keep my phone works great to carry my phone and ID on a run
