It does seem to be increasing my energy levels but I think it will take a few more weeks to see if there's any effect on hormones

This one in particular is very high quality, no additives, vegan, gluten free, non GMO, and organic like so many of their others, so it was a no brainer

It is supposed to help just about everything in your body, skin, teeth, bones, hair, energy, even sexual function
