I love to add ground flaxseed to my yogurt, salad and smoothies

She said to me that there's no inconvenience to take this because the taste and smell is aromatic

Using a tablespoon of this in my oatmeal has eased my arthritis pain in my knee significantly

I like to add it to smoothies, cereals, cookies, quick breads, and many other things to add fiber and nutrition

But in my daughter's case, it seems to me that it's not too early

I bought this, quite affordably, to add to granola bars I make for lunches
