Weights are the right size for beginners I normally walk outdoors several times a week but I noticed my arms were getting flabby

For instance, she will say hamstring curls which is to move your legs, but she doesn't tell you what to do with your arms or she tells you what to do just as she's going into the move with no time to absorb her statement and prepare your brain for that move

I am at the intermediate level and feel a challenge from moving up from the beginners level

Although I have not yet personally viewed levels intermediate and advanced, the research I did on this WW kit says it is all good

You can sit on a chair if you have to in order to get started

The cool down is a little too long for me and I wish I felt this more in my abs
