That is what the elbow patches and v neck detailing looked like to me

It feels like felt, and the seems are quite visible

I guess it could be okay if I was a thinner woman or even wearing this dress to a Medieval times fair

Cheesy costume like Dress fits as expected, but the suede around the neck and elbows looks cheap and fits funny when you wear it ( it didn't match up with my elbows) Material is also thin
