I have been having lower back issues which can make sit ups very hard to do

It is the best thing ever! I have no more pain! I am so happy that I can finally workout with no back pain! I use it on my weight bench for support at my lower back

But my doctor wants me to strengthen my ab muscles, so i thought I'd give this a try

It is just another awesome addition to my get fit and healthy journey

Great Used this at a local Crossfit gym for hami, quad and groin stretches

I already had one , but wanted to get my daughter one
