One of the wonderful features of the cooker is that there is soaking time programed into the cooking time which I think is the reason the brown rice was well cooked and not crunchy

I have been using this for six months now

It all comes out perfectly with zero effort

It still doesn't quite taste like the restaurant rice as I had hoped, but it's an enormous improvement from making rice on the stove

Over the past 3 months I've cooked sushi rice, brown basmati rice, jasmine rice, and steel-cut oats
